Best of San Francisco City Tour

Experience the best of the city by the Bay and all of the incredible Northern California sights in San Francisco. Tour the Golden Gate Bridge, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, Fisherman's Wharf, the palace of fine Arts and many other unique sites in San Francisco on this half day tour.

Start your San Francisco city tour by walking through the city from the Bay to the Ocean and stopping for pictures at important landmarks. Visit well-known attractions and take in the stunning scenery, such as the Golden Gate Bridge, which was formerly one of the highest and longest suspension bridges in the world. You'll also visit Twin Peaks, two nearly identical hills in the middle of the city, so don't forget your camera. View the city from a different angle and take in some amazing scenery while taking in the 360-degree panoramic picture of this lovely city. As we journey through Golden Gate Park we'll point out seasonal flower displays, look for bison grazing, and ride past windmills with a beautiful view of the Pacific. Continue through the once-infamous Barbary Coast, where you'll learn about San Francisco's early settlements-from Native Americans to Spanish missionaries-and the gold rush's frantic days. As we take you through the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, take in the iconic Victorian homes of San Francisco.

This half-day guided tour comes to an end at San Francisco's beautiful waterfront (Fisherman's Wharf), where you can take in the stunning views of Alcatraz Island and San Francisco Bay.

* Gray Line Union Square Departure point 1 (478 Post. St.) at 8:30 for 8:40 am departure, Encore Cafe is next door. The bus will board from directly across the street.
* Gray Line Fisherman's Wharf Departure point 2 (2805 Leavenworth St at 8:50 for 9:00 am departure, Bay City Bike Rentals & Tours is across the street (blue canopy). The Bus will board just in front.
