Kayaking & Snorkeling Cruise Excursion at Pelican Key
Come kayaking and snorkeling at Pelican Key, in the crystal-blue waters of St. Maarten, and two things are certain: you'll have the time of your life, and you may never want to return to civilization!
After making your way to Simpson Bay, you will meet your guide for a paddling demonstration on the beach.
After your quick lesson, you will board your sit-on-top type kayaks, which offer exceptional stability, and follow your guide towards Pelican Keys. Along the way, you can admire resting birds and nearby islands. Next, you will head to a quiet bay, where your snorkel experience begins.
After trying out your snorkeling equipment, you will swim out to the thriving reef at Pelican Rock, where the guides will point out some of the fascinating and colorful creatures that inhabit the coral and rocky caverns.
After approximately 45 minutes of underwater exploration, you will head back to your kayaks for the return paddle to Simpson Bay, followed by an ice-cold refreshment at a nearby restaurant and a discussion on the fish that you discovered during your swim.
